What are my payment options?
You’ll enjoy the convenience of payroll deduction or electronic fund transfer, both with no service charge, down payment, or finance fee. Traditional home billing is also available.
Who may enroll in the program?
Any MassMutual employee or retiree, their household relatives, or domestic partners.
What kind of insurance is available?
Insurance is available in the area of automobiles, renters, condominium owners, homeowners, umbrella, watercraft, motorcycles, motor homes, and dwelling fire.
How do I compare my current coverage or obtain a quote?
To compare coverage, bring a copy of your current coverage to us. If you do not have a copy, your agent will fax one to you. To obtain a new quote, just give us a call, and we’ll give you a quote over the phone or visit our quote website page.
Does AXiA only insure MassMutual employees?
AXiA is capable of insuring anyone and referrals are always welcome. Non-MassMutual employees are not eligible for the group savings or payroll deduction.
What if I leave MassMutual?
Just give us a call to let us know that you’re no longer with MassMutual, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your policy will continue without interruption. If you are on payroll deduction, the company will just start billing you at home.
What if I don’t live in Massachusetts?
All MassMutual employees are eligible even if they live out of state. Our program is very competitive in Connecticut.
What kind of savings are available?
For Massachusetts and Connecticut, residents up to 10% on auto and 20% on homeowners.
